Preparation time: About 1 hour
Ingredients
Potatoes (big): 4 pcs
Paneer: 200 gm
Onion (finely chopped): 3 tbs
Green chillies (finely chopped): 1tsp
Coriander leaves (finely chopped): 1tbsp
Ginger (grated): 1tsp
Garam Masala: 1tsp
Red Chilly powder: 1/2 tsp
Chaat Masala: 1tsp
Salt: To taste
Let's start!
Preparing the Shell
Peel the potatoes and wash them.
Cut each potato lengthwise from the middle making two halves and scoop each half with a knife to make it hollow.
Boil water in a saucepan, put 1 tsp salt and add hollow potatoes.
Boil potatoes for 3-4 minutes or till tender.
Remove from water and pat dry on a kitchen towel.
Fry the potatoes in hot oil till light golden and remove on a tissue to soak the excess oil.
Preparing the Stuffing
Crumble the paneer.
Add in all the ingredients except potatoes.
Mix it well and it's done.
Combining
Take each half and fill it with the Stuffing and roast the filled potatoes in a pre-heated oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
Serve hot topped with some melted butter.
Note: If you are fond of Cheese, you can top the stuffed potatoes with grated Cheese before putting it the Oven.
