Preparation time: About 45 minutes

Ingredients

Sandwich Bread: 6 pcs

Mayonnaise: 2 tbsp

Onion: 2 tbsp

Capsicum: 2 tbsp

Carrots: 2 tbsp

French Beans: 1 tbsp

Maida / Corn flour: 3 tbsp

Mozzarella Cheese: 3 tbsp.

Let's start!

· Finely chop onion and vegetables.

· Mix onion, vegetables and Mayonnaise in a bowl.

· Add salt, pepper and Chilly flakes to the mix.

· Mix 2-3 tbs of water into Maida and make a thick paste/slurry.

· Remove the sides of bread slices.

· Take a bread slice, sprinkle some water over it and flatten it with the help of a rolling pin (Belan).

· Put 1 tbs of mix veg on the flattened bread ( on half a side )

. Put 1/2 tsp of grated cheese on top and apply slurry on all sides

· Turn the other half of the slice over the vegetable mix so that a packet is formed.

· Press the sides lightly so that the packet is closed on all sides.

· Use a fork to press the sides.

· Prepare all the packets in a similar manner.

· Add some water to the leftover slurry to give it a flowing consistency.

· Now dip each packet in thin slurry and fry in medium hot oil till golden.

Note:

1. You can also bake or Shallow fry the Cheese Packets if you like

(Bake @ 180 degrees for 12 -15 minutes in a pre-heated Oven).

2. If you don't have Mayonnaise, use hung curd/thick malai/Pasta Sauce/Tomato Ketchup.
