Fasting snack
Ingredients
Boiled potatoes: 4 (mashed)
Sabudana: 1 cup
Roasted peanuts: 4 tbsp (coarsely ground)
Grated ginger: 1 tsp
Green chilly: 1 ( finely chopped)
Coriander leaves: 1 tbsp
Salt: 1 tsp
Roasted jeera powder: 1/2 tsp
Red chilly powder: 1/2 tsp
Dhania powder : 1/2 tsp
Ajwain: 1/4 tsp
Step by Step
Grind dry Sabudana into powder
Add all ingredients and mix well to form a dough
Take a square or rectangular box and transfer the dough into it
Press nicely on all sides and refrigerate for 15 minutes
Meanwhile put the oil to heat
Remove the dough on a plate and cut finger like pieces
Fry the fingers till golden in medium hot oil
Serve hot.
