Preparation time: 20 minutes
Ingredients
Potatoes (medium): 4 pcs
Capsicum (medium): 2 pcs
Soy sauce: 1tsp
Chilly sauce: 1tbs
Vinegar: 1 tsp
Sugar: 1/2 tsp
Corn flour: 1tbs
Salt: 1 tsp
Red chilly powder: 1/2 tsp
Garlic (sliced): 1 tsp
Ginger (julienned): 1 tsp
Spring onion greens (chopped): 2tbsp.
Let's start!
· Wash and cut potatoes into wedges.
· Mix in 1/2 tsp salt and corn flour.
· Heat oil in a pan and fry the potato wedges golden brown.
· Remove potatoes on a napkin and keep aside.
· Heat 1 tbs oil in a pan, add sliced garlic and sauté for a few seconds.
· Add ginger, slit green chillies and sliced onion and sauté.
· Add sliced capsicum and sauté for a few seconds.
· Add red chilly powder, 1/2 tsp salt and sugar along with soy sauce, vinegar and chilly sauce.
· Mix it well.
· Add the potato wedges and mix well.
· Switch off the flame and add the spring onions, give it a quick mix and serve hot.
Note:
Keep the flame high throughout the preparation.
