Preparation Time: 15 minutes + 30 minutes Refrigerating time
Ingredients
Marie Biscuits:10
Chilled malai: 3 tbs
Chocolate powder: 2 tbs
Sugar powder: 3 tbs
Cold milk: 1/2 cup
Coconut powder: 3 tbs
Let's start
Take malai in a bowl. Add chocolate powder and sugar to it and mix gently. There should be no lumps in it.
Take milk in a small bowl.
Dip a Marie biscuit in the milk, turn it and remove it and keep it on a plate
Take one spoonful of chocolate mix and keep it on top of the biscuit.
Dip another biscuit and keep it on top of chocolate mix and press softly so that the mix spreads evenly on the biscuit.
Again put a s
poonful of chocolate mix and put it on the biscuit and cover it with another dipped biscuit and press.
Repeat the process till you have no more biscuits.
Now spread the coconut powder on a plate and roll the biscuit tower into it so that it is coated on all sides
Keep it in the freezer for 30 minutes
Remove from freezer and cut from top to bottom, cut once again so as to make a cross
Serve chilled.
TIP : 1. You can pour some Hershey's chocolate syrup and your kids will simply love it.
2. You can pass the malai through a soup strianer and it will have no lumps.
