The very name gives it all. Loved by one and all for its Chatpata flavour.
Preparation time: 10 minutes
Ingredients:
Dry Papri: 8 pcs
Coriander - Mint Chutney: 3 tbsp
Tamarind Chutney (saunth): 3 tbsp
Boiled Potato: 1 (finely chopped)
Onion: 1 (finely chopped)
Boiled Chickpeas (safed chana): 3 tbsp
Raita Boondi: To garnish
Chaat Masala: 1tbsp
Coriander leaves (chopped): 1tbsp
Let's start
· Mix Onion, Potato and Chickpeas in a bowl
· Add 2 tbs Coriander Chutney, 2 tbs Tamarind chutney, 1tsp Chaat masala and Coriander leaves to the Mix
· Take a Serving plate and lay Papris on it
· Take a table spoonful of the Mix and slowly put it on top of a Papri and likewise on all 8 pcs
· Now garnish each Papri with some Coriander and Tamarind Chutney and boondi.
· Sprinkle little Chaat Masala on top and serve
Note: Serve immediately else the Papris would become soggy
