Preparation Time:10 minutes
(Serves 2)
Ingredients:
Milk: 1 Cup
Milk powder: 2 tbs
Sugar Powder: 1 tbs
Malai:1 1/2 tbs
Elaichi powder: 1/4 tsp
Almonds: 4 pcs
Let's Begin!
Grease a pan with a little Desi ghee and pour the milk and boil
Grease a plate with a little ghee and keep aside
Lower the flame to medium and add the milk powder, sugar and malai
Keep stirring, soon it will start thickening
Switch off the flame
Add Elaichi powder and mix
Remove quickly on the greased plate and spread evenly with a spatula
Make cuts making squares or diamonds with a knife.
Using a potato peeler, make almond shavings and sprinkle over the barfi
Let it cool and then serve.
