(Serves two)
Ingredients:
Full Cream Milk: 1/2 L
Paneer: 1 cup (Mashed)
Sugar: 4 tbsp
Cardamom powder: 1/4 tsp
Let's Begin!
Put milk in a Sauce pan and keep it on the gas on slow flame
When it boils, stir it and let it simmer for 10-12 minutes stirring in between
Add mashed paneer to it and mix
Let it simmer for 3-4 minutes
Stir in the sugar
Let it simmer for 2-3 minutes more
Add cardamom powder and give it a mix
Switch off the flame and let it cool
Garnish with Almond shavings and refrigerate for an hour before serving.
