Dahi fruit Cream

Preparation time : 10 Minutes + Refrigeration Time


Ingredients :


Thick Dahi/ Hung curd : 2 cups Malai: 3 tbsps Mango: 1/2 cup (diced) Grapes: 1/4 cup (cut into 2) Apple: 1/4 cup (chopped) Pomegranate: 2 tbsps Roasted almonds: 2 tbsps (finely chopped) Kishmish: 8-10 Sugar powder: 2 tbsps Elaichi powder: 1/4 tsp

Let's Begin!

  • Pass curd and malai through a soup strainer

  • Add sugar and Elaichi powder and mix

  • Add fresh fruits and nuts

  • Refrigerate for 2 hours.

Note:

  • You can add fruits of your choice

  • Chop apple and add immediately

  • You can alter sugar as per your taste.
