Paneer Fruit Cream

A simple and quick to make, easy, tasty and healthy recipe ideal to serve as a Dessert in summer. You can even prepare it a day in advance and refrigerate it, it would taste the same.

Preparation Time:15 minutes + Refrigeration time


Ingredients


Full cream milk: 1/2 litre

Paneer: 200 gm

Sugar powder: 3 tbsp

Cardamom powder: 1/4 tsp

Small apple: 1

Pear: 1

Small banana: 1/2

Grapes: 10 - 12

Pomegranate: 2 tbsp

Almonds (Roasted): 10 - 12


Let's start


· Bring the milk to a boil

· Lower the flame, add sugar and let it boil for 5 - 6 minutes, keep stirring in between

· Roughly mash the paneer and add to the boiling milk and mix

· Switch off the flame after 1 minute and add elaichi powder

· Keep aside and let it cool

· Once cool, transfer into a blender jar and blend for 10 seconds

· Remove into a Serving Bowl and mix finely chopped fruit and almonds

· Refrigerate for minimum 2 hours

· Garnish with some pomegranate seeds and almonds before serving.

Note: Chop the fruit when the cream is ready else it will turn brown.
