Paneer: 200 gm
Thick Curd: 3 tbsp
Salt: 3/4 tsp
Black Pepper powder: 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder: 1 tsp
Red chilly powder: 1/2 tsp
Roasted Jeera powder: 1/2 tsp
Lemon juice: 2 tsp (optional)
Let's Begin!
Wash paneer and cut it in big pieces ( 1 by 1 inch pieces 1/2 inch thick)
Now let us prepare the marinade
Take curd in a glass bowl and and beat it well so that no lumps remain
Add salt and spices to the curd and mix
Lastly add paneer cubes and coat the cubes nicely with marinade
Refrigerate for 30 minutes at least
After the refrigeration time
Keep a non - stick tawa on low medium flame and grease it with ghee
Now put paneer cubes on it and let them cook
After a while, flip the paneer pieces one by one when golden on one side
Remove on a plate and drizzle some lemon juice over them
Serve hot with coriander / mint chutney.
