Ingredients:
Paneer: 100 gm
Boiled Potatoes: 2
Peanut powder: 2 tbsp
Green chillies: 2 (chopped)
Green coriander: 2 tbsp
Salt: 1/2 tsp
Ghee: 2 tbsp
Let's Begin!
Peel potatoes and wash paneer
Mash potatoes and paneer nicely
Add peanut powder, salt, green chillies and coriander. Mix well
Put a non-stick griddle (tawa) on slow flame and grease it
Now roll the paneer dough into one big ball
Spread a plastic sheet on a big plate and grease it
Grease your hands and flatten the dough between your palms OR
Keep slightly flattened dough onto the sheet and cover it with another piece of plastic sheet
Flatten it lightly with a rolling pin or by pressing with your hands into a thick roti
Remove the upper sheet, hold the lower sheet with roti carefully and turn or slide the roti onto the griddle
Increase the flame to medium low
Put some ghee on the sides and also on the top before turning it over
When golden and crispy on both sides, remove on a plate and cut into triangles with a Pizza cutter.
