Paneer Triangles

Ingredients:


Paneer: 100 gm Boiled Potatoes: 2 Peanut powder: 2 tbsp Green chillies: 2 (chopped) Green coriander: 2 tbsp Salt: 1/2 tsp Ghee: 2 tbsp


Let's Begin!

  • Peel potatoes and wash paneer

  • Mash potatoes and paneer nicely

  • Add peanut powder, salt, green chillies and coriander. Mix well

  • Put a non-stick griddle (tawa) on slow flame and grease it

  • Now roll the paneer dough into one big ball

  • Spread a plastic sheet on a big plate and grease it

  • Grease your hands and flatten the dough between your palms OR

  • Keep slightly flattened dough onto the sheet and cover it with another piece of plastic sheet

  • Flatten it lightly with a rolling pin or by pressing with your hands into a thick roti

  • Remove the upper sheet, hold the lower sheet with roti carefully and turn or slide the roti onto the griddle

  • Increase the flame to medium low

  • Put some ghee on the sides and also on the top before turning it over

  • When golden and crispy on both sides, remove on a plate and cut into triangles with a Pizza cutter.
