Ingredients
Yellow Petha: 2 cups (chopped)
Sugar: 1/2 cup
Green Cardamom powder: 1/4 tsp
Khoya: 2 tbsps
Ghee:1 tbsp
Dry fruits: as per choice
Let's Begin!
Put petha in a pressure cooker along with sugar
Switch off the flame at the first whistle
Remove into a pan along with ghee
Bring flame to high and keep stirring occasionally
As it dries up, add khoya and mix well
Add cardamom powders and mix
If it starts leaving sides and ghee separates then switch off the flame
Add dry fruits of your choice.
