Ingredients


Yellow Petha: 2 cups (chopped) Sugar: 1/2 cup Green Cardamom powder: 1/4 tsp Khoya: 2 tbsps Ghee:1 tbsp Dry fruits: as per choice

Let's Begin!

  • Put petha in a pressure cooker along with sugar

  • Switch off the flame at the first whistle

  • Remove into a pan along with ghee

  • Bring flame to high and keep stirring occasionally

  • As it dries up, add khoya and mix well

  • Add cardamom powders and mix

  • If it starts leaving sides and ghee separates then switch off the flame

  • Add dry fruits of your choice.
