Ingredients
Sabudana: 1 cup
Boiled potatoes: 2
Peanuts: 3 tbsp
Jeera: 1 tsp
Salt: 3/4 tsp
Red chilly powder: 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder: 1/2 tsp
Green chillies: 1 tsp (chopped)
Coriander leaves: 1 tbsp
Ghee/oil: 2 tsp
Let's Begin!
Wash Sabudana and soak for 1 hour putting just enough water that it is covered
Put ghee / oil in a pan on high and add peanuts to it and stir
As peanuts change colour, remove them on a plate
Add jeera, green chillies and finely chopped potatoes and sauté
After 2 minutes, add spices and salt
Mix it and add soaked sabudana and peanuts
Quickly mix and switch off the flame.
Garnish with coriander and serve hot.
Note:
Sabudana should not have any water when it is added, drain excess water, if any
You can also dry roast peanuts and coarsely grind it.
