Hi everyone! Here's a mouth watering healthy recipe that you can make quickly in the morning and pack into your children's tiffins, serve as evening snack or as an add-on for the kitty party at home.

Preparation time: 10 - 15 minutes

Ingredients

Green peas (shelled): 2 cups

Cashews: 12 - 15 pcs

Raisins (Kishmish): 10 - 15 pcs

Green Chilies: 2 pcs ( Optional )

Coriander leaves: 2 tbsp

Zeera: 1/2 tsp

Salt: 1/2 tsp

Black salt: 1/2 tsp

Chaat Masala: 1 tsp

Asafoetida (Hing): 1/4 tsp

Haldi powder: 1/4 tsp

Zeera powder: 1 tsp

Garam Masala: 1 tsp

Dhania powder: 2 tsp

Desi ghee / Oil: 2 tbsp

Let's start!

· Wash and drain the shelled peas

· Heat ghee / oil in a Pressure cooker and fry the cashews on medium flame and remove on a plate when golden brown

· Add zeera to the remaining ghee and when it splutters, add hing, haldi, dhania powder and slit green chilies and give it a mix

· Add peas and stir

· Now add all other spices and salt and mix well

· Lastly add cashews and raisins and 3-4 tbs of water

· Close the pressure cooker and cook upto one whistle on high flame

· Switch off the flame and leave it to release the steam on its own

· Serve hot, garnished with chopped green coriander.

Note: You can also add a tsp of lemon juice before serving.
