Let's start!

Stuffing

· Heat oil and stir fry finely chopped onions on a high flame till they become translucent

· Add finely chopped tomatoes, stir fry for 30 seconds

· Lower the flame and cover the pan for 1 minute so that the tomatoes become soft

· Add Ketchup and finely chopped Capsicum and stir fry on high flame for a few seconds

· Add crumbled Paneer, mix well and cover for a minute for the spices to get infused

· Switch off the flame and keep aside.

Kulcha

· Cut each Kulcha into two halves

· Spread the stuffing lavishly on one piece, sprinkle some Chilly flakes and Pizza seasoning

· Cover with the other half and brush the top with a little butter or oil
