A no-hassle quick recipe that you can serve for Breakfast or as Evening snack any day. If you want to make it healthier, you can add vegetables like peas, carrots, cauliflower while preparing the stuffing.
Preparation Time:15 minutes
Ingredients
Kulcha: 1 packet ( 5 pcs )
Paneer: 200 grams
Onion: 1 big
Tomato: 1 big
Capsicum: 1 small ( remove the seeds)
Tomato Ketchup: 3 tbsp
Turmeric powder: 1/4 tsp
Red Chilly powder: 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder: 1tsp
All-in-one masala: 1 tsp
Salt: 1/2 tsp (Remember Ketchup also has salt)
Oil: 1 tbsp
Let's start!
Stuffing
· Heat oil and stir fry finely chopped onions on a high flame till they become translucent
· Add finely chopped tomatoes, stir fry for 30 seconds
· Lower the flame and cover the pan for 1 minute so that the tomatoes become soft
· Remove the lid, add spices and salt and mix
· Add Ketchup and finely chopped Capsicum and stir fry on high flame for a few seconds
· Add crumbled Paneer, mix well and cover for a minute for the spices to get infused
· Switch off the flame and keep aside.
Kulcha
· Cut each Kulcha into two halves
· Spread the stuffing lavishly on one piece, sprinkle some Chilly flakes and Pizza seasoning
· Cover with the other half and brush the top with a little butter or oil
· Likewise, stuff all the Kulchas
· Grill in a Panini / Sandwich maker and serve hot.
Note:
· You can replace All-in-one masala with Pav-bhaji or any other masala of your choice.
· You can grill it on a Skillet or Tawa.
